 전기료는 평창군시설관리공단이 내고 있다. 차박·캠핑족이 내야 할 물값이 세금으로 나가고 있는 셈이다. 쓰레기 처리에도 애를 먹고 있다. 시설관리공단 측은 지난 7월 한 달간 쓰레기를 치우는데 75L 종량제 봉투 196개와 80L 재활용 마대자루 177개를 썼다. 지난해 7월에 쓴 종량제 봉투는 92개이고 재활용 마대자루는 67개에 불과했다.
